Service Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing gatewaycloud for your hosting needs. Because our web hosting services are purely digital, no physical shipping is required.
1. Instant Activation
Most web hosting accounts and services are provisioned automatically.
You will receive your access credentials via email within [5–10 minutes] of a successful payment.
2. Delayed Activation (Security Review)
Occasionally, orders are flagged for manual fraud review.
If your order requires review, activation may take up to [12–24] hours. We will contact you via email if additional verification is needed.
3. Delivery Confirmation
Your service is considered "delivered" the moment your welcome email, control panel access (e.g., cPanel), and login details are sent to your registered email address. 
4. Technical Issues
If you do not receive your login details within [1 hour], please check your spam folder or contact our support team immediately at support@gatewaycloud.net.
